Faculty of Industrial Technology Bachelor of Industrial Engineering About Trisakti University Industrial Engineering Undergraduate Study Program The Industrial Engineering Study Program is one of the study programs under the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Trisakti University. Currently, the Industrial Engineering study program has obtained Superior Accreditation which has been determined by the Higher Education BAN and is listed in the Higher Education BAN Decree No. 9147/SK/BAN-PT/Akred-Itnl/S/VI/2021, valid from 30 June 2021 until 31 March 2024. The Industrial Engineering Study Program FTI Trisakti University received Temporary IABEE Accreditation based on IABEE Decree No. 91/PII-IABEE/XII/2018. Currently, the Industrial Engineering Study Program FTI Trisakti University has received international IABEE Indonesian Accreditation Board for Engineering Education General Accreditation based on IABEE Decree No. 27/PII-IABEE/III/2021. Valid from March 18, 2021 until March 31, 2024. The Industrial Engineering Study Program will receive the Independent Campus Competition Program PKKM in 2021 and 2022. The Industrial Engineering Study Program strongly encourages students to take part in student exchanges, industrial internships and green technopreneurship. Scientific publications, lecturer competence improvement and laboratory equipment were also increased using PKKM grant funds. Dados coletados pela Strategy&, da PwC, revelam investimentos de ponta em pelo menos 19% das empresas de manufatura na Ásia As empresas de manufatura localizadas na região da Ásia-Pacífico estão na dianteira global dos investimentos em transformação digital. Na região, que compreende países como China, Japão e Austrália, 19% das empresas já implementam tecnologias de ponta em suas operações num ritmo muito mais rápido que as mesmas indústrias nas Américas 11% e na Europa, Oriente Médio e África 5%. Essa diferença tende a aumentar, já que 32% das empresas asiáticas planejam estabelecer ecossistemas digitais maduros nos próximos cinco anos, contra 24% e 15% nos demais continentes, respectivamente. Os dados foram apurados pela Strategy&, empresa do network da PwC no relatório “Digital Champions how industry leaders build integrated operations ecosystems to deliver end-to-end customer solutions”, que desenvolveu um índice de maturidade digital das organizações com base em entrevistas de executivos 26 países que atuam em empresas globais de manufatura. Esse índice avalia quem são as líderes em diferentes setores e o que as distingue dos seus concorrentes. De acordo com o estudo, apenas 10% das empresas de manufatura globais podem ser consideradas “Digital Champions”, enquanto quase dois terços ainda não iniciaram ou estão iniciando suas jornadas digitais. “As empresas asiáticas estão superando as suas concorrentes ocidentais porque têm a vantagem de estabelecer operações digitais robustas com lacunas praticamente nulas em termos de automação de fábrica, força de trabalho e redes de tecnologia de informação da organização. Eles não têm vários sistemas e instalações complexos para atualizar, integrar ou descartar. Para Valiño, uma das razões pelas quais as empresas automotivas e de eletrônicos estão superando outros concorrentes do setor é o alto nível de integração da cadeia de suprimentos e o planejamento integrado de ponta a ponta. “O esforço de décadas da indústria automobilística para obter eficiência, acelerar a produção, reduzir o desperdício e recuperar o capital de giro por meio de técnicas enxutas significou buscar sempre melhorias e novas tecnologias para ajustar suas cadeias de suprimentos já bem estabelecidas. As empresas de eletrônicos geralmente mantêm relações estreitas e de longa data com fornecedores e fazem uso frequente de fabricantes contratados terceirizados para atender à alta variação de demanda e ciclos de vida curtos.”, afirma. Tecnologias essenciais, redução de custos Ao conectar operações em toda organização pela tecnologia, ao invés de implementações isoladas, as indústrias podem ter uma redução de custos e ganhos de eficiência. Nas Digital Champions, a economia prevista nos próximos cinco anos deve chegar aos 16%, enquanto nas empresas menos maduras digitalmente a economia deve ser de 10%. Entre as campeãs do índice, 97% já implementaram ou planejaram o uso de IoT em suas operações e 90% já utilizam algum nível de robótica avançada. Já nas empresas menos maduras, apenas um terço utiliza tecnologias operacionais bem comuns, como manutenção preditiva 39% e planejamento integrado da cadeia de suprimentos 32%. Em relação à inteligência artificial, um terço das indústrias maduras já utiliza a tecnologia na automação de tarefas manuais e cognitivas. De acordo com a pesquisa da Strategy&, embora a maioria das empresas aprecie o potencial da inteligência artificial, o seu uso e disseminação ainda é lento. Mesmo entre as Digital Champions, 52% acreditam que não possuem talentos com habilidades para implementar a tecnologia. Na comparação por regiões, as asiáticas também estão na vanguarda da inteligência artificial com 15% implementando soluções, contra 5% das indústrias usando a tecnologia na Europa, Oriente Médio e África.
